What is the ideal temperature for insulin?
If you're going out:
✅ If the ambient temperature is below 30°C, you can carry your insulin pen with you without refrigeration during the day.
✅ If the temperature is expected to exceed 30°C, for example, on a very hot day, at the beach, or if you'll be outdoors for several hours, it's recommended to use the WanderLab Safe Pack.
❌ Never leave insulin in a parked car, as the temperature inside can quickly exceed 50°C, which can damage the insulin.
